The world is always ending... The apocalyptic fanfare surrounding AI is nothing new, so I wanted to use the medium to explore another time the world was ending. Comparatively speaking, it's not so bad today. Of course it could always get worse tomorrow. From a technical standpoint, I chose this story as an AI project because I thought sticking a guy in a mask would make things easier. Lip synch made huge strides while I was working on it which made that point a bit moot, but moot points seem to be half the conversation these days.
